How the Bluecoats made a difference: “My experience with the Bluecoats had an impact on me that continues today, as I perform with the Detroit Pistons Drumline and in all areas of my life. Being in the Bluecoats developed confidence, determination, ability to overcome adversity, and a toughness in me that I didn't have before. The friends I met in the Bluecoats are some of the best people I have ever known and they have made me a better person.”
